Agile Space Industries Expands to Seattle Area with New Bellevue Office
New location strengthens Agile's engineering capabilities, industry relationships and strategic presence in a leading aerospace market.
BELLEVUE, Wash., Oct. 15, 2026 — Agile Space Industries, a leading provider of in-space chemical propulsion solutions, has expanded into the Seattle metropolitan area with the opening of a new office in Bellevue, Washington. The expansion builds on Agile's continued growth, extending its engineering capabilities and strengthening its presence in one of the nation's most established aerospace and technology markets.
Located at Sunset North in Bellevue, the new 5,470-square-foot office will initially accommodate 7 employees, with the capacity to grow to approximately 30 as Agile expands its regional operations. Agile Chief Technology Officer Jake Mills will be based at the Bellevue office, reinforcing the company's commitment to establishing a strong engineering and leadership presence in the region.

"Seattle has a remarkable concentration of aerospace talent, innovative companies and organizations advancing the space industry," said Jake Mills, chief technology officer at Agile Space Industries. "Establishing a presence here allows us to tap into that expertise, strengthen industry relationships and build on the capabilities we're developing across Agile to support our customers and their missions."
The Bellevue office will focus on engineering and program management, supporting the development and delivery of advanced propulsion systems for government and commercial space missions. As the team grows, Agile expects to broaden its technical expertise and support an expanding range of propulsion programs.
Beyond its engineering talent, the Seattle region offers an established network of aerospace companies, industry partners and investors. Agile's presence in this ecosystem creates opportunities to strengthen customer relationships, develop new partnerships and engage with the broader business and investment community as the company pursues its long-term growth objectives.
The expansion also creates opportunities for experienced aerospace professionals looking to work on complex propulsion challenges in a collaborative, hands-on engineering environment. Agile's teams contribute to programs spanning early development through qualified flight hardware, with the opportunity to help shape technologies supporting the next generation of space missions.
The Bellevue office joins Agile's headquarters in Durango, Colorado, and operations in Pennsylvania and Oklahoma. Together, these locations support Agile's growing capabilities in propulsion design, manufacturing and testing, positioning the company to serve an expanding range of commercial and government space customers.
